How to Create Taxonomies Using the UI Custom Post Type Plugin

Foxiz offers advanced support for fully customizable taxonomies created through the UI Custom Post Type plugin.

How to Create a Custom Taxonomy:

1. Install and active plugin Custom Post Type UI
2. Navigate to CPT UI > Add/Edit Taxonomies > Add New Taxonomy
   
3. In the Basic Settings section, you can enter the necessary information, and then click the ‘Add Taxonomy‘ button to create your custom post.

Notes when adding Taxonomy:

Hierarchical option:

– If you choose “True” it will display checkboxes. This option will resemble the categories selection found on default post pages.

– If you choose “False” it will provide a text input field. This option will be similar to the tags selection on default post pages.
