You can create a Elementor template and then assign it as the featured area of a category page.
All Categories
To get started, please follow the steps below:
- Create your template and copy the it’s shortcode
- Navigate to Theme Options > Category
- Input the shortcode into the Template Shortcode setting
- Save your changes
Individual Category
- Navigate to Dashboard > Posts > Categories
- Select category you would like to edit, then click on the edit link.
- Input the shortcode input the form Category Builder setting
- Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.

Block Dynamic Query
The dynamic query allows you to assign one templates for multiple categories without need to create each template for each category.
To get started, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Ruby Templates > All Templates, then select the template you would like to edit
- Select a block you would like to edit
- Select Content tab > Query Settings > Category Filter
- Select “Dynamic Query” in this setting
Once this option is set, The theme will only filter posts based on the category page it displayed on.
Dynamic Heading
In order you would like to add dynamic heading to dynamic category template. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Ruby Templates > All Templates, then select the template you would like to edit
- Select a heading block you would like to edit
- Then input your dynamic title include this tag:
{category}
The {category}
This tag will be will be changed to the current category name in the front-end. For example: if your input is: Top {category} News, it will displayed as below:
– In the fashion category: Top Fashion News
– In the technology category: Top Technology News
