If you would like to setup a gray or color background for a Elementor section. Because Elementor doesn’t support any features for the dark mode. So if you set a solid color, it may cause layout issues in the dark mode.
In this matter, we recommend you set up a color with alpha channel (opacity color). For example: #00000010
#00000010 is a hexadecimal color, with: #000000 is the black color and 10 (two number at the end) is an opacity value.

- Navigate to the live editor, then select a section you would like to edit.
- Select the Style tab > Background > Color, then input the value you would like you.
you can also use the opacity slider picker to change the strong of color.
